Most orders within the US are shipped within 3 business days.

I use biodegradable shipping materials and reuse packaging and boxes whenever possible, in an effort to reduce the waste stream. Thank you for your understanding!

International shipping

If you live outside the US, please send an email with your address to clayalchemystudio@gmail.com for a price quote.

Returns

Because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind, I unfortunately cannot accept returns or issue refunds. I encourage you to carefully read the item's description before placing an order, and if you have any questions about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact me at clayalchemystudio@gmail.com.

I take great care in packaging each order to ensure safe delivery, but I cannot be held responsible for any shipping damage or lost packages. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging so I can file a shipping insurance claim on your behalf.
